César Ramirez Will Add a Second Restaurant to His Repertoire

?When we last heard from Brooklyn Fare's César Ramirez, he was (allegedly) busy haranguing a blogger for taking notes under his sanctified table. Today, the chef has resurfaced, this time thanks to Brooklyn Fare's Facebook announcement that the market's imminent expansion will include a new restaurant next door to Ramirez's the Chef's Table.

Ramirez confirmed the plans to Eater, and said that the 50-seat restaurant should open before the spring. Expect a more casual alternative to the Chef's Table that will feature a traditionally structured menu emphasizing seafood. Whether diners will be permitted to take notes on it, however, is unclear.
