Fish Tag Will Open Monday, and Is Now Hiring Line Cooks

?Michael Psilakis will open Fish Tag on Monday, and Diner's Journal has a few details about the restaurant, which will be located in the old Onera-Kefi-Gus & Gabriel space. Its menu will be all seafood, all the time, and, contrary to rumors of his firing, its chef de cuisine will be Ryan Skeen, described somewhat gently by the Times as "peripatetic."

Although it's almost ready to open, the restaurant is apparently still in need of some line cooks, if this Craigslist posting is any indication.
