Shake Shack Continues to Play Coy About Brooklyn Shake Shack

?
After the Daily News wrote yesterday that Shake Shack would be coming to Brooklyn's Fulton Mall, reps for the Union Square Hospitality Group would neither confirm nor deny the rumor. Today, however, The New York Observer followed up on the Daily News story by getting confirmation from Robert K. Futterman, Shake Shack's alleged broker, that Danny Meyer has indeed signed a long-term lease at 409-415 Fulton Street.

In response to that story, which would seem to put an end to the conjecturing, what sayeth USHG?

"We have decided not to comment on any of these rumors until we have something concrete to share." Which sounds to us like Fulton Street will soon be sharing a lot of concretes.
